Raymond M. Brown, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, has been recognized by The Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) as one of the twenty-four first recipients of its inaugural Peter Perlman Service Award. The award was established to recognize LCA Fellows and others within the legal profession who contribute in meaningful ways to society by giving back their time and resources in an effort to improve the lives of others, and is supported and sponsored by Peter Perlman, the 2013 president of the LCA.

Mr. Brown is Chair of the firm’s White Collar Defense and Corporate & International Human Rights Practice Groups. A high profile white collar criminal defense attorney with an international legal practice, Mr. Brown is also a leading figure in a developing area of the law related to the regulation and enforcement of business requirements for human rights compliance. He is host of the Emmy Award winning New Jersey Network Program "Due Process,” a Visiting Professor and Research Scholar at Seton Hall University School of Law, and the recipient of numerous legal industry accolades. He has also authored a variety of articles on a range of legal topics including human rights due diligence and corporate responsibility issues.
