Paul A. Rowe, Chairman of the firm and Chair of its Litigation Department, will be a featured speaker at the seminar “The Indispensable Guide to Chancery Practice.” The program will be hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education on October 23rd at the Law Center in New Brunswick.

Litigation Department partner Andrea J. Sullivan will join Mr. Rowe on the panel. Mr. Rowe and Ms. Sullivan are co-authors of Guidebook to Chancery Practice in New Jersey, along with Hon. William A. Dreier, PJAD (Ret.), who will also be a featured speaker.

This entirely new program will acquaint both new and seasoned attorneys with the ins and outs of practicing in Chancery Court. Attendees will walk away with an expanded appreciation for the types of cases heard by Chancery Division Judges, as well as effective strategies and techniques for representing lients in Chancery Court.

Mr. Rowe's practice is primarily one of major and complex litigation in a variety of fields, focusing heavily on sophisticated and complex corporate and business matters and high profile complex matrimonial matters. Throughout his career he has tried to conclusion numerous cases including some of the most heavily publicized litigations in New Jersey.  They have ranged from construction cases, partnership and corporate dissolutions, legal malpractice defense, stock fraud, anti-trust, matrimonial and chancery litigation of all types. 

Ms. Sullivan's practice includes commercial litigation, estate litigation and matrimonial law. She is finely attuned to the financial and competitive practices that make companies and individuals successful in business and in the professional world. She represents professionals such as accountants, lawyers, and dentists in various types of actions from professional malfeasance to claims of fraud and attorneys in cases of alleged professional malpractice.
