As a former business owner, I understand firsthand that litigation strategies must take into consideration the effect and consequences on the business and its employees. Keeping this in mind, I strive not only to explore all viable strategies but also to consider the real human impact of litigation on the client’s business interests.
Ms. Gayle assists in the firm's representation of clients in litigation matters, including research and analysis of case law, statutes and legislative history related to various areas of the law. Her experience encompasses drafting of legal memoranda and briefs. She provides support in all aspects of the litigation discovery process, including drafting document requests, oversight of document production protocols, and support during trials and in all phases of trial preparation. In addition, Ms. Gayle has assisted in national and international criminal investigations, and in internal audit committee investigations on behalf of public entities.
