Healthcare Litigation Paralegal – Our firm is seeking a litigation paralegal to join the Healthcare department of our Roseland, NJ office. Candidate will assist our attorneys with healthcare, legal ethics, and general commercial litigation matters. Qualified candidates must have a BA/BS, knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, iManage and Cloud Nine document management software, as well as relevant work experience.
Family Law Paralegal – Immediate opening for a full-time litigation paralegal position in our Roseland, NJ office. This position requires at least four years of experience working with litigation, family, matrimonial, and divorce law practitioners. Electronic filing processes in state and federal courts ('E-filing') are essential, as is e-discovery experience. Qualified candidates must have BA/BS and possess excellent computer, communication, and organizational skills.

Float Litigation Assistant– We are seeking an experienced litigation assistant to fill a full-time in-house floater position in our Iselin, NJ office. Qualified candidates must have at least three years of experience as a floater in a New Jersey law firm or legal setting. In this role, you will provide interim coverage on a variety of assignments, requiring you to easily integrate across multiple areas of the law. This position will also provide backup receptionist coverage when the receptionist is on a lunch break, vacation, or has scheduled paid time off.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of performing, organizing, and managing various assignments in a fast-paced setting.
