Meryl A.G. Gonchar, Co-Chair of the firm’s Redevelopment & Land Use Department, will be participating at the “2015 Industrial and Economic Development Annual Summit,” sponsored by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal. The program will be held on February 12, 2015 at the Saddle Brook Marriott in Saddle Brook, NJ, beginning at 8:00 am.

Ms. Gonchar’s practice encompasses all aspects of land use, zoning and related litigation.  She represents property owners and developers in appearances before planning and zoning boards throughout the state in connection with obtaining land use approvals and permits for residential, retail, office, industrial and mixed use projects. She also represents clients in land use and related litigation before the Superior Court of New Jersey, including prerogative writ litigation. Ms. Gonchar’s diversified experience enables her to provide clients with continuity throughout the often long and complicated land development process.
