Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP will be an exhibitor at the 2016 Atlantic Builders Convention, to be hosted by the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) on March 29 – 31, 2016 at the Atlantic City Convention Center. The firm, an NJBA Master Sponsor, will be located in Booth #909 on the convention floor.
The event, known as ABC, is the largest building industry trade show in the Northeast, drawing approximately 6,500 participants from the Northeast region, including residential and commercial builders, developers, remodelers and subcontractors, plus a variety of manufacturers, suppliers, and consulting professionals. The convention features nearly 400 exhibits showcasing a variety of products and services, and also provides attendees with up-to-date information about the latest market trends, government policies and technical developments at educational seminars.
Four of the firm’s attorneys will be panelists at five educational seminars at this year’s ABC convention:

- Daniel Flynn will speak at the presentation “Site Remediation Regulatory Updates” (3/31 from 2:00pm – 3:45pm)
Ms. Gonchar and Mr. Goldsmith are co-Chairs of the firm’s Redevelopment & Land Use Department. Ms. Li is a partner in the Real Estate Department and Chair of the Community Association and Planned Real Estate Practice Groups. Mr. Flynn is Counsel in the Environmental Department.
