Wednesday, April 5
- Gary S. Forshner will be a panelist for the seminar “Engineering: Concepts, Strategies and Practices” from 12:00pm – 1:45pm. This program will focus on best practices during the development process to ensure that builders reach final compliance efficiently and affordably, and will also explore the engineering-related aspects of NJ land-use laws and regulations.
- Steven G. Mlenak will be a panelist for the seminar “Community Associations” from 12:00pm – 1:45pm. This program will review the definition and various types of community associations, how to create them, and the risks in developing one and how to proactively avoid them.
Thursday, April 6
- Matthew J. Schiller will be a panelist for the seminar “21st Century Land Use: The Impact of E-Commerce and Technology on Land Use & Real Estate Transactions” from 10:00am – 11:45am. The concept for this first-time ABC program was developed by Mr. Schiller, and will review the impact of technological advances on the way we buy and sell goods and services, operate real estate, obtain data, and practice law.
- Robert S. Goldsmith will be panelist for the seminar “The Growing Trend of Mixed-Use Developments” from 12:00pm – 1:45pm. This program will focus on the trend of bringing together both residential and commercial components in mixed-use developments and their emerging role in the development community
