Mark H. Sobel, Chair of the firm’s Family Law Department, will co-moderate and lecture at the “2022 Family Law Summer Institute,” to be presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) on Tuesday, July 26 and Wednesday, July 27, 2022. Sobel will also speak at the two-day event, which will be held live at the New Jersey Law Center. The Family Law Summer Institute provides insights into almost all aspects of matrimonial practice.
Mr. Sobel concentrates his practice primarily in the area of family law and with an emphasis on the representation of high net-worth individuals. He provides counsel across all aspects of family law, including prenuptial agreements, separation and divorce proceedings, the distribution of property and other marital assets, spousal and child support, custody and relocation. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney.
Judge Berman focuses his practice on mediation, arbitration, and discovery management of complex family, commercial, estate/probate, real estate and general equity matters. His practice area also encompasses special master services, settlement conferences and law enforcement investigations.
Judge Casale focuses his practice on mediation, arbitration, settlement conferences and discovery management. He has extensive experience in the areas of family law, personal injury and insurance defense, which he brings to bear in his representation of clients in complex family and civil disputes, including malpractice and employment litigation matters.
Mr. Louis has been broadly recognized by his peers as a preeminent member of the New Jersey family law bar. Mr. Louis represents clients in all aspects of divorce including asset distribution, child support and alimony, with the goal of achieving a negotiated result but, when required, a fair result after trial.
Ms. Printz concentrates in the area of family law, representing clients in matrimonial litigation, domestic partnership disputes, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, spousal support and parenting time/child custody/relocation issues, and the valuation and equitable distribution of assets, including equity compensation in matters involving high profile individuals and high-value marital assets.
Mr. Sobel focuses his practice primarily on the representation of clients in complex matrimonial litigation. His work encompasses a broad range of issues, including those related to divorce, spousal and child support, custody, and domestic violence. He has experience with cutting-edge concerns at the forefront of family law, including those related to cohabitation, retirement, and child relocation.
