Emily A. Kaller, a partner in the firm’s Litigation practice, will be a presenter at the “2025 Business Law Symposium” on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, from 9:00am – 4:00pm. The program will be hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) at the New Jersey Law Center and will also be available for online viewing.

The Business Law Symposium provides an opportunity for legal professionals and business leaders to come together to explore the latest trends and challenges in business law. Emily will be a panelist for a segment on diversity in New Jersey law firms. Other scheduled topics of discussion include updates on covenants of non-competition, corporate/LLC matters, tax issues, M&A market trends, buy-sell redemption agreements, financial statements, and data privacy law.

Emily’s practice focuses on commercial litigation. She has experience in the prosecution and defense of financing, credit and other banking matters, contract disputes including those arising under licensing and asset sale agreements, environmental contamination contribution actions, and complex litigation.
