Greenbaum partner Mary E. Toscano will be a panel moderator at the 48th Annual Judicial Conference, to be hosted by the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey (AFBNJ) on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 from 12:00pm – 4:30pm at The Marigold in Somerset. The conference will begin with introductory remarks by The Hon. Renée Marie Bumb, Chief Judge, followed by several CLE panel discussions and wrapping with a networking cocktail reception.
Mary will moderate a panel discussion on “Building Connections and Unlocking Your Legacy.” Panelists will explore how to cultivate meaningful mentoring relationships to build lasting connections and unlock one’s legacy as a leader and advocate. They will share their experiences as both mentors and mentees, offering insights on how to develop genuine, impactful connections that go beyond traditional career development. The panel will also discuss the long-term value of shaping one’s legacy by passing on personal and professional practice tips.
Mary is a Trustee of the AFBNJ, also serving on the Criminal Practice, Judicial Conference and ReNew/ReEntry Committees. As Chair of the firm’s Criminal Defense & Regulatory Compliance practice, she focuses on white collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations and complex civil litigation and has tried numerous cases to verdict. Prior to entering private practice, she served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey for ten years.
