Partner Raymond M. Brown will give the luncheon presentation at this year's 8th Annual Criminal Law Institute presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, in cooperation with the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Criminal Law Section and the NJSBA Certified Attorneys Section. The Institute will be held on November 22nd from 9am-3pm at the Law Center in New Brunswick.
This year’s Criminal Law Institute will feature some of the state’s most respected judges, attorneys and experts who will address today’s cutting-edge issues in areas including Grand Jury practice, admitting prior crimes into evidence, immigration concerns, and crimes against children.
Mr. Brown, chair of the firm's White Collar Defense Practice Group, concentrates his practice in white collar criminal defense, international human rights issues, internal investigations and complex commercial litigation. He has defended clients in state and federal courts and before administrative tribunals. Mr. Brown has extensive experience as a trial lawyer and has handled a wide variety of criminal and civil matters representing individuals, corporations and government entities.
