Gary S. Forshner will participate as a speaker at the 2019 Atlantic Builders Convention, hosted by the New Jersey Builders Association at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City. Mr. Forshner will participate on the panel, “Affordable Housing Overview,” on April 3 beginning at 9:00am.

Attendees at this seminar will hear about the latest legal developments, including the long awaited decision in the Mercer County case, and what to expect going forward in the changing affordable housing landscape.

The firm is also an exhibitor at the Convention and will be located in Booth #618 on the Harrah’s exhibition floor, which will be open on Wednesday, April 3 and Thursday, April 4 from 10:00am – 4:00pm each day.
