Greenbaum attorney Joseph A. Natale is serving as a Co-Chair of the Business Torts Program at the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) Boardwalk Seminar 2025, which will be held at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City on April 30 – May 2, 2025.
This year’s Boardwalk Seminar will feature 28 programs throughout 3 days of thought leadership on topics related to improving the practice of plaintiff trial attorneys. A cornerstone of NJAJ’s mission is to advance the education and skills of the membership.
The Business Torts Program will be presented on Thursday, May 1st from 9:30 am - 5:00 pm. As a Program Co-Chair, Joe will be a panelist for the following educational sessions:

- Top 5 Developments in Business Torts: Key Cases, Litigation Trends, and Practice Tips
- 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
- Business and Partnership Disputes in the Law Firm Space: Corporate Governance, Ethical Pitfalls, and Battles for Clients and Fees
Joe concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract actions, construction disputes, municipal litigation, real estate and land use litigation, employment disputes, and the defense of professional liability actions. He provides representation to a diverse range of clients, including large and middle market businesses, entrepreneurs, real estate developers, construction contractors, healthcare providers, professional services firms and local government entities.
