Robert J. Flanagan III, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and co-chair of the Community Associations Practice Group, will be a panelist for a “Business Partner Best Practices Roundtable,” to be presented by the Community Associations Institute New Jersey Chapter (CAI-NJ) on Tuesday, June 11, 2019. The discussion and networking reception will be held at the Forsgate Country Club in Monroe Township from 5:30pm – 8:45pm. Mr. Flanagan is a member and former chair of CAI-NJ’s Business Partner Committee.
This program will feature an opening session focused on how to negotiate contracts and establish a timeline to manage that process. Additional breakout sessions will address the handling of violent situations in the workplace including safety protocols and emergency preparedness, tips of stress management, and handling an employee’s traumatic event in the workplace.
Mr. Flanagan concentrates his practice in litigation and community association law. He serves as general counsel to a number of condominium and homeowners associations. His experience is focused in the areas of banking and creditors’ rights, white collar criminal defense, landlord-tenant disputes, personal injury, debt collection and commercial litigation.
