Christine F. Li, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, will be a panelist at the New Jersey State Bar Foundation’s annual seminar on “Condominium and Community Association Law.” The program will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick. Admission is free and is open to the public, however reservations are required. 

Ms. Li will join fellow panelists Karyn Kennedy Branco (Kennedy, Wronko & Kennedy) and A. Christopher Florio (Stark & Stark) for a discussion of the special issues faced by condominiums and solutions to the financial and operational problems worsened by difficult economic times. The speakers will also detail the benefits of condominium ownership and address how to enhance the advantages of condominium living and the value of investments that owners have made in their homes.

Founded in 1958, the New Jersey State Bar Foundation is the educational and philanthropic arm of the New Jersey State Bar Association. The Bar Foundation's mission is to promote public understanding of the law through a free, comprehensive public education program.
