Fay L. Szakal, a partner in the firm’s Corporate, Healthcare and Real Estate practices, will be a panelist for a seminar on “"Free Money": Making the Most of Government Incentive Programs” at the 2025 Atlantic Builders Convention on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 11:00am – 12:30pm. This year’s ABC Convention will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City.

At this new seminar, attendees will learn about a multitude of incentives from various government agencies that may help finance and make their next project a reality.

Fay’s practice encompasses the drafting and negotiation of corporate agreements and contracts, including those related to mergers and acquisitions of business entities, corporate and company formation, real estate and redevelopment matters, healthcare and private equity deals, financing matters, and other commercial transactions. She has experience closing multi-million-dollar development project deals involving a broad range of interested parties and complicated transactional issues related to the organization and operation of newly formed companies. She also provides guidance related to the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA).
