Robert J. Flanagan III, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and co-chair of the Community Association Practice Group, will be a speaker at a seminar on trending legal topics for New Jersey community associations, to be presented by Associa Community Management Corp. on Thursday, July 25, 2019 from 6:30pm – 9:00pm at The River Palm Terrace in Edgewater.  Mr. Flanagan’s presentation will focus on “Harassment Claims in the Association Management Industry.” 

Mr. Flanagan concentrates his practice in litigation and community association law.  He serves as general counsel to a number of condominium and homeowners associations.  His experience is focused in the areas of banking and creditors’ rights, white collar criminal defense, landlord-tenant disputes, personal injury, debt collection and commercial litigation.
