Matthew J. Schiller, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Redevelopment & Land Use Departments, will present the seminar “Introduction to Residential Real Estate” at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s (NJICLE) New Attorney MCLE Day. The full day program will be held at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick on Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 9:00am – 4:00pm.
Mr. Schiller concentrates his practice in commercial real estate law. His work encompasses a wide range of commercial real estate transactional and litigation matters throughout New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. His transactional experience includes the acquisition, disposition, leasing and management of office, retail and industrial properties, as well as municipal and state land use approvals for commercial and residential developments. Mr. Schiller also has considerable real estate litigation experience representing lenders, developers, and property owners in connection with foreclosure actions, landlord-tenant disputes, prerogative writ actions, and breach of contract matters.
