Greenbaum partner Steven G. Mlenak will participate in a “Joint Best Practices Roundtable” hosted by the New Jersey Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI-NJ). The program will take place on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, from 9:00am – 12:00pm, at the Regency at Monroe community in Monroe Township.
Mr. Mlenak will lead the roundtable’s “Ask the Attorney” segment, during which he will field questions from homeowners. Other segments will address issues of interest to homeowner leaders, property managers, and business partners. Please note that attendees must register and attend the program that matches their CAI-NJ membership type.
Mr. Mlenak is President-Elect of CAI-NJ and co-chairs the firm’s Community Association practice. He provides strategic guidance and general counseling to condominium and homeowners association clients across a broad range of legal issues. He is also Co-Chair of the Redevelopment & Land Use Department at the firm, representing property owners, developers and municipal entities engaged in mixed use, residential, industrial, commercial, office, retail and affordable housing development projects.
