Greenbaum partner Sean R. McGowan, who co-chairs the firm’s Real Estate practice, will be a panelist for a seminar on “Legal Trends in Land Use Law” at the 2025 Atlantic Builders Convention on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 10:00am – 11:30am. This year’s ABC Convention will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City.

Legislation, regulations and court decisions relating to the land development review process continue to modify the legal framework within which real estate is developed. Sean will join a panel of land use attorneys to examine the most recent significant changes and discuss their implication for the future.

Sean focuses his practice in the area of real estate law. His experience encompasses all aspects of development, redevelopment, land use and zoning, real property transactions, project financing, and the representation of clients on issues related to property management, landlord-tenant matters, and day-to-day business counseling. He also serves as counsel to one of the major sewerage authorities in the state and has previously served as counsel to other public entities.
