Meryl A.G. Gonchar, Co-Chair of the firm’s Redevelopment & Land Use Department, will be a panelist at the New Jersey Builders Association’s “Legislative/Land Use Update,” which is scheduled for February 4, 2015 at the Holiday Inn in East Windsor, NJ. The panel, to be comprised of lawyers who are part of NJBA’s Master Sponsor program, will present an update regarding the Permit Extension Act and the recent extension. They will also share the latest news regarding the COAH litigation.
Ms. Gonchar’s practice encompasses all aspects of land use, zoning and related litigation. She represents property owners and developers in appearances before planning and zoning boards throughout the state in connection with obtaining land use approvals and permits for residential, retail, office, industrial and mixed use projects. She also represents clients in land use and related litigation before the Superior Court of New Jersey, including prerogative writ litigation. Ms. Gonchar’s diversified experience enables her to provide clients with continuity throughout the often long and complicated land development process.
Ms. Gonchar is the firm’s NJBA Master Sponsor representative and a member of the Association’s Legislative Committee.
