Robert B. Hille, a partner in the firm’s Healthcare and Litigation Departments, will be a presenter for the CLE seminar “Malpractice Update: Carrier Concerns, Cybersecurity Threats, Starting a New Firm, Retiring from Practice.” The pre-dinner presentation will take place on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, beginning at 4:30pm, at the Middlesex County Bar Association’s State of the Judiciary Dinner Meeting, which marks the opening of the 2023-24 Court Term, at The Pines Manor in Edison.
The program will address the latest on cybersecurity threats specific to law firms, recent ethical decisions and practice concerns, professional liability carrier & coverage concerns, ethical considerations when starting a firm or joining another firm, and considerations when retiring or leaving the practice of law.
Mr. Hille focuses his practice in the areas of insurance and healthcare law. He has extensive trial experience and has litigated a number of insurance defense and coverage, healthcare, professional liability defense, fraud and abuse, and regulatory matters. Mr. Hille has published and lectured widely in his areas of concentration. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.
