Steven G. Mlenak, Co-Chair of the firm’s Redevelopment & Land Use Department, will be a panelist for a seminar on “Mixed-Use Development/Redevelopment” at the 2024 Atlantic Builders Convention on Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 10:00am – 11:00am. This year’s ABC Convention will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City.

Mr. Mlenak will join in a panel discussion on redevelopment, which will comprise the majority of new development in New Jersey for the foreseeable future as suburban and urban communities compete to reinvent themselves. The panel will explore how communities with a vision for the future are working with developers to make it happen today.

Mr. Mlenak concentrates his practice in the areas of redevelopment, land use, zoning, and real estate development. His clients include property owners and developers engaged in mixed use, residential, industrial, commercial, office, retail and affordable housing development projects. He provides guidance from the initial project concept through to construction, including land use planning and approvals, permits and variances and appearances before municipal, county and state planning and zoning boards and agencies.
