Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to sponsor a special session, hosted by the Newark Regional Business Partnership, which will provide information and updates on Newark’s Master Plan and the City’s current efforts to update its Zoning Ordinance.
The invitation-only roundtable discussion is scheduled for Wednesday, April 24, from 8:00am - 10am, at the NRBP Conference Center, 744 Broad Street, 26th floor, Newark.
Greenbaum partner Robert S. Goldsmith, chair of the firm’s Redevelopment Practice Group, will moderate the program, which is expected to draw an audience of developers, brokers, professionals, not for profits and other interested parties. The session will provide insight related to Newark’s development future. In addition to Mr. Goldsmith, speakers include Arcelio Aponte, Michelle Alonzo, and Damon Rich of the City of Newark; Eric Rothman of HR& A Advisors; and Al Meyer of Sam Schwartz Engineering.
