Steven Nudelman and Gary S. Forshner will participate on a panel at the 2019 Atlantic Builders Convention, hosted by the New Jersey Builders Association at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City. Mr. Nudelman will moderate and Mr. Forsher will be a panelist for, “A Practical Guide to Defending Against Residential Construction Liens,” on April 4 beginning at 12:00pm.

Now that eight years have passed since the New Jersey Construction Lien Law has been amended, how have builders been affected by the residential lien procedures described in Sections 20 and 21 of the Statute? This seminar takes a close look at the "nuts and bolts" of residential construction lien claims, as well as the most practical ways for a developer to defend against them. 

The firm is also an exhibitor at the Convention and will be located in Booth #618 on the Harrah’s exhibition floor, which will be open on Wednesday, April 3 and Thursday, April 4 from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm each day.
