Steven Nudelman, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and Construction Practice Group, will be a panelist for a live webinar on “Preparing Your Workplace for Covid-19 and Other Risks,” to be presented by the New Jersey Builders Association on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 from 9:30am – 11:00am (ET).
This virtual program will discuss how businesses can prepare their workplace to decrease liability related to COVID-19 and other emerging issues. Topics on the agenda will include:
- Governor Murphy's various Executive Orders (EO) on workplaces, including EOs 122, 142 and 192
- Steps to take to reduce liability and protect employees and visitors
- Other workplace liability issues, such as those related to legal marijuana and COVID-19 guidelines
Mr. Nudelman concentrates his practice in construction law and the representation of members of the construction industry across a broad spectrum of matters. His clients include owners, contractors, design professionals, subcontractors and suppliers involved in public and private construction projects throughout New Jersey. He also represents community associations, unit owners and developers in lawsuits involving construction defects, budgeting and financing issues, and condominium governance. Mr. Nudelman is a Charter Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America, and currently serves as Co-Vice Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Construction Law Section.
