Barry S. Goodman, Stephanie G. Reckord and Justin P. Kolbenschlag, partners in the firm’s Litigation Department, will present two seminars at the REALTOR® Palooza event, to be hosted by New Jersey REALTORS® on Friday, September 21, 2018 from 9:00am – 4:00pm at the New Jersey REALTORS® headquarters in Trenton, NJ.   

The full-day event will be the first-ever REALTOR® Palooza, and will include classes for Continuing Education credit and other activities.  Mr. Goodman, Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Brokerage Practice Group, and Ms. Reckord and Mr. Kolbenschlag, members of the Practice Group, will provide legal updates on various issues concerning real estate brokerage law.

Mr. Goodman focuses his practice in commercial litigation, with a particular concentration in real estate and real estate brokerage issues and municipal law. He is General Counsel for New Jersey REALTORS®, lectures frequently to the real estate brokerage community and other industry organizations throughout the state, and has written extensively on topics related to real estate brokerage law.

Ms. Reckord’s litigation practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. Her representation of clients includes matters in the areas of banking, employment, family law, trusts & estates, class action defense, consumer fraud, construction and commercial real estate. 

Mr. Kolbenschlag focuses his practice in complex commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, employment litigation, employment counseling, estate litigation, and significant injury personal injury claims.
