Fundamentals of Construction Contracts: Understanding the Issues in New Jersey
Alan S. Pralgever, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, will present a lecture entitled “Recordkeeping Is an Essential Art to Secure Damages” at an upcoming seminar on “Fundamentals of Construction Contracts: Understanding the Issues in New Jersey.” The program will be presented by Lorman Education Services on January 30, 2013 at the Sheraton Parsippany Hotel in Parsippany, NJ.
Jeffrey B. Kozek of Resolution Management Consultants, Inc. will serve as moderator. Mr. Pralgever will be joined on the panel by fellow attorneys Andrew J. Carlowicz, Jr. (Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas) and Francis A. Kirk (McCarter & English).

Mr. Pralgever has extensive experience in construction law and related areas, representing owners, general contractors, and public institutions such as school boards. He has written and lectured frequently on contruction-related topics. He practice also encompasses corporate, partnership and medical practice dissolutions, and corporate and business disputes. He has handled a wide variety of complex commercial and corporate litigation in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations, and also handles employment discrimination matters, wills and estate litigation, divorce matters, and real estate and corporate lending disputes.
