Michael J. Coskey, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Redevelopment & Land Use practices, will be a panelist for a seminar on “Redevelopment: The Legal and Practical Realities” at the 2025 Atlantic Builders Convention on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 1:00pm – 2:00pm. This year’s ABC Convention will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City.
Legislation, regulations and court decisions affecting redevelopment continue to evolve. Mike will join a panel of attorneys for a discussion about the most recent significant changes in redevelopment law and its practice.
Mike represents clients in a broad range of real estate transactions, litigation, and land use matters. He concentrates his practice in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial and multi-family residential properties, and the development and redevelopment of real estate. He routinely represents clients before municipal land use boards and governing bodies and has experience overseeing and coordinating title disputes and drafting easements, restrictive covenants, and other operational and organizational documents on behalf of business and property owners. He also has significant experience representing litigants in complex commercial property tax appeals.
