Meryl A.G. Gonchar, Co-Chair of the firm’s Redevelopment & Land Use Department, will participate in NAIOP New Jersey Chapter’s “Regulatory, Legislative & Legal Update,” being held on June 24, 2015 at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ. Ms. Gonchar will moderate the Legal Update panel discussion.

Ms. Gonchar's practice encompasses all aspects of land use, zoning and related litigation. She represents property owners and developers in appearances before planning and zoning boards throughout the state, in connection with obtaining land use approvals and permits for residential, retail, office, industrial and mixed use projects. She also represents clients in land use, condemnation and related litigation before the Superior Court of New Jersey, including prerogative writ litigation. Ms. Gonchar’s diversified experience enables her to provide clients with continuity throughout the often long and complicated land development process. She assists clients throughout the entire life cycle of a development project; due diligence, acquisition, approvals and permitting, financing, leasing and/or sale.   

Ms. Gonchar serves as Vice President, Associates Affairs for the NAIOP New Jersey Chapter and is a member of its Programs & Education and Legal Committees.
