Glenn P. Prives, a partner in the firm’s Healthcare Department, will be a presenter at the Home Care Association of New York State (HCA) 2021 Annual Conference.  Mr. Prives will deliver a virtual presentation on “Selling or Merging Your Home Health Agency” on Thursday, May 6, 2021 from 10:05am – 11:05am, focusing on the complex regulatory environment for home health and home care agencies in New York.
