The Hon. Michael R. Casale (Ret.), Of Counsel in the firm’s Family Law Department, will present a live webinar on “Strategies for Winning Your Next Trial: Jury Selection and Expert Witness Examination,” to be presented by the Clear Law Institute on Monday, June 18, 2018 from 3:00pm – 4:15pm (ET).

This practical webinar will explore how trials may be won or lost before testimony begins, if one party wins the battle of jury selection. Attendees will learn the “do’s” and “don’ts” of jury selection, and how counsel can win or lose a trial based upon the manner an expert witness is examined. The program will explore winning strategies in selecting, preparing, and questioning an expert witness.

Judge Casale focuses his practice on mediation, arbitration, settlement conferences and discovery management.  He has extensive experience in the areas of family law, personal injury and insurance defense, which he brings to bear in his representation of clients in complex family and civil disputes, including malpractice and employment litigation matters. His practice also encompasses consultation and trial strategy in child custody, relocation, child support and domestic violence matters.  Judge Casale joined the firm following his retirement from the New Jersey Judiciary after over 20 years of service as a Superior Court Judge in Essex County.
