Thomas J. Denitzio, Jr., Lydia C. Stefanowicz and Steven Firkser are the panelists for a live webinar on “The CARES Act:  Paycheck Protection Program,” which will be presented by Middlesex County Bar Association (MCBA) on Thursday, April 16, 2020 at 12:00pm.  

The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) is a provision of the CARES Act and was created to offer low-interest forgivable loans to small businesses facing financial hardships as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mr. Denitzio focuses his practice on the sale, acquisition, leasing and mortgage financing of commercial and industrial real estate holdings.  Ms. Stefanowicz concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial lending and real estate finance. Mr. Firkser's practice centers on commercial real estate and financing.
