Meryl A.G. Gonchar, co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department and chair of the Land Use Practice Group, will be a panelist at a program on “The Economic Opportunity Act of 2013 & Late-Breaking Policy Issues,” hosted by NAIOP NJ.
This seminar for developers, owners, brokers, attorneys, accountants, planners and consultants will provide opportunities for attendees to learn about the new “game-changing” incentive programs to be enacted under the NJ Economic Opportunity Act of 2013, which was signed into law by Governor Christie on September 18. Ms. Gonchar serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of NAIOP NJ, and as co-chair of the organization’s Education Committee.
Ms. Gonchar practices in all aspects of land use and zoning and land use litigation. She has appeared before planning and zoning boards throughout the state on behalf of property owners and developer clients in connection with all types of residential, commercial, industrial and mixed use projects. She is a frequent lecturer on New Jersey real estate and land use legal issues.
