Daniel Flynn, a member of the firm’s Environmental Department, will participate in a workshop presentation on “What Practitioners Need to Know About Solid and Hazardous Waste Management” on December 4, 2015 at Montclair State University, University Hall Conference Center (7th Floor).
The seminar is part of a Hot Topics Seminar series co-sponsored by the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ) and Montclair State University’s Continuing Education Program for Environmental Professionals.
The workshop will be held from 8:00am – 1:00pm. A panel of speakers will focus on recent changes within the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s solid and hazardous waste programs and related impacts on the handling, disposal and use of solid and hazardous wastes. Mr. Flynn will address the topic “What Practitioners Need to Know About Changes to RCRA and TSCA” at 10:45am.
Mr. Flynn counsels clients on the environmental aspects of real property and business transactions, site remediation projects, environmental litigation management and avoidance, and compliance with environmental health and safety regulations and environmental statutes.
