Steven Nudelman, Chair of the firm’s Construction Contracting & Risk Management Practice Group, will be on the faculty for the live webinar “COVID & Construction,” to be presented by the Burlington County Bar Association’s Construction Law Committee on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 from 4:30pm – 6:45pm.
This program will examine how COVID has changed the landscape of construction. Topics to be addressed include:
- Anticipating supply chain and price fluctuations
- Force majeure, termination, and other Covid-related clauses in construction contracts
- Lessons learned from Superstorm Sandy that apply to today's practice
Mr. Nudelman is Co-Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Construction Law Section. A partner in the firm’s Litigation and Real Estate Departments, he has represented members of the construction industry across a broad spectrum of matters for over 25 years. He works with owners and developers, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals to prepare and negotiate contract documents for construction in the New Jersey and New York metropolitan area. Mr. Nudelman’s construction contracting work helps his clients manage the risk inherent in construction projects so they may adequately protect their interests now to avoid claims and disputes in the future.
