Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to announce the publication of the 2014 edition of Real Estate Closing Procedures (New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education). The book, authored by our partner Christine F. Li, presents a review of residential real estate transactions from contract to postclosing, from the perspectives of the attorney and other parties, including a discussion of closing procedures with concise instructions on the preparation of closing documents.

Ms. Li, a member of our Real Estate Department, is Chair of the Planned Real Estate Practice Group and Co-Chair of the Distressed Real Estate Practice Group. She focuses her practice in condominium and planned real estate development law, including the conversion of rental properties to the condominium form of ownership, mixed-use developments, commercial and business condominiums, workouts of distressed communities, community association law, and the registration of planned real estate developments with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.  Ms. Li has experience in the acquisition and sale, financing and leasing of commercial and residential real estate.  She represents developers, sponsors of the conversion of rental properties, community associations, and lending institutions.

Ms. Li is a member of the College of Community Association Lawyers of the Community Associations Institute and is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
