Emily A. KallerGreenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to announce that our partner Emily A. Kaller has been appointed to the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct (ACJC) of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Ms. Kaller’s appointment is effective immediately for the remaining portion of a former member’s three-year term that ends August 31, 2025, and for a full three-year term that begins September 1, 2025, and ends August 31, 2028.

The ACJC investigates and prosecutes misconduct and ethics complaints filed against judges in New Jersey. This work is important to the Court, to the bench, to the bar, and to the citizens of New Jersey as public confidence in the independence, integrity, and impartiality of the Judiciary is of paramount concern.

As a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, Ms. Kaller has experience in the prosecution and defense of financing, credit and other banking matters, contract disputes, environmental contamination contribution actions, and complex litigation. Her longtime service to the bar includes serving on the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Women in the Courts, serving as President of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, and serving as Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association LGBTQ Rights Section.
