The law firm of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP announces that Galit Kierkut, Brian R. Selvin, and Peter D. Crawford, Jr. have been named partners of the firm.

Kierkut, a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation and employment litigation and counseling. Kierkut’s employment practice is primarily focused on claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, whistle blowing and contract disputes. A graduate of University of Pennsylvania, she received her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Kierkut is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.

Selvin, a member of the firm’s Tax, Trusts & Estates Department, concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, wills and trusts, estate administration, probate and trust litigation, tax planning, business succession planning, and tax controversies both before the Federal and state tax authorities as well as the Tax Court. A graduate of the University of Michigan, he received his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his master of laws in taxation from the New York University School of Law. Selvin is a frequent lecturer and author on tax, estate planning and non-profit organizations. Selvin is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the United States Tax Court.

Crawford, also a member of the firm’s Tax, Trusts & Estates Department, concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, will and trusts, estate administration, and tax-exempt organizations. He has represented many of New Jersey’s major banks in the administration of trusts and estates. A graduate of Williams College, Crawford received his law degree, cum laude, from The George Washington University School of Law, where he was a member of The Journal of International Law & Economics. He also received a master of laws degree in taxation from Temple University. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
