Luke J. Kealy, Litigation Department partner at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, was recently appointed to the Board of Trustees of Meridian Health, the New Jersey shore area’s leading health care provider.

Mr. Kealy, a member of the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution and Construction Practice Groups, has a diverse practice that includes the litigation and resolution of complex commercial matters, including contract, real estate, professional malpractice, construction, insurance, intellectual property and environmental litigation. He counsels clients in matters involving real estate, construction, insurance, environmental, partnership and franchise law, and has represented clients in state and federal courts and in proceedings before regulatory agencies. He recently co-presented the GRS&D webinar, “Commercial Landlord/Tenant Issues: Lessons Learned from Litigation.”

Mr. Kealy previously served on the Board of Trustees of Bayshore Community Hospital and is a past chair of the Holmdel Foundation for Educational Excellence. He is currently a colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, and is the Air Force Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer to the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Kealy is a graduate of U.S. Air Force Academy and received his M.S. from the University of Southern California. He received his law degree from New York University School of Law.
