The law firm of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP welcomes nine new associates to the firm in its Woodbridge office. Lindsay M. Wills and Jill Bier are associates in the Corporate Department; Paige L. Albano, Stephanie G. Reckord, Elyse Wolff, and Justin Kolbenschlag are the newest editions to the Litigation Department; and the Real Estate Department welcomes Joanne Vos, Amanda Sherman, and Eric Finkelstein.

Ms. Wills graduated cum laude from Washington & Lee University (1997) and was selected for the Lucent Technologies Financial Leadership Development Program through which she received her Master of Science in Strategic Cost Management and Entrepreneurial Finance from Babson College (1999). She earned her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law (2006). Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wills clerked for the Honorable Sallyanne Floria of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County.

Ms. Bier is a graduate from Tufts University (2004) and received her law degree, with high honors, from Seton Hall University School of law (2007). Ms. Bier was a 2006 summer associate with the firm.

Ms. Albano graduated with a B.A. from Rutgers University (1992). She earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark, New Jersey (2006), where she served as Editor-In-Chief of the Rutgers Business Law Journal. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Harvey Weissbard, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Ms. Albano was a summer associate of the firm in 2005.

Ms. Reckord is a magna cum laude graduate from Fairleigh Dickinson University (2001) and a magna cum laude graduate from Seton Hall University School of Law (2006). She served as Comments Editor for the Seton Hall Law Review. Ms. Reckord clerked for the Honorable Madeline Cox Arleo, United States Magistrate Judge, United States District Court, District of New Jersey. She was also a summer associate with the firm in 2005.

Ms. Wolff graduated with a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland (2001). Her law degree was earned with high honors from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden (2007), where she was a member of the Rutgers Law Journal. Ms. Wolff was a summer associate with the firm in 2006.
 
Mr. Kolbenschlag is a cum laude graduate from the University of Delaware. He received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law (2007), where he wrote for the Sports & Entertainment Law Journal. He was also a summer associate with the firm in 2006.

Ms. Vos graduated with a B.A. from Montclair State University and received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1998. Ms. Vos clerked for the Honorable Stephen E. Mochary, Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County during the 1998-1999 term.

Ms. Sherman graduated, cum laude, from Lehigh University (2003). She earned her law degree, cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law (2006), where she was an associate editor for The Digest. Ms. Sherman served as a law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence M. Lawson, Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County.

Mr. Finkelstein is a Boston University graduate (2002). In 2007, he received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark, where he was Associate Editor of the Computer & Technology Law Journal. He was a summer associate at the firm in 2006.
