Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to announce that Jaclyn M. Kavendek has joined the firm as an associate.

Ms. Kavendek concentrates her practice in commercial and residential real estate, representing clients in transactional matters and real estate litigation. Her experience encompasses the representation of public and private sector clients, including property owners, developers, landlords, tenants, lenders, servicers and governmental entities, in federal, state and municipal courts, and before the Office of Administrative Law. She has also represented clients in trials and appellate proceedings and has petitioned the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Ms. Kavendek earned her J.D. cum laude from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and received her B.S. cum laude from George Mason University. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience as an associate at several business law firms. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the District of Columbia, and in the U.S. District Courts of New Jersey and the District of Columbia.
