Jemi Goulian LuceyGreenbaum partner Jemi Goulian Lucey, in her role as an officer of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey (AFBNJ), will speak at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey’s Naturalization Ceremony on Thursday, April 3, 2025. The Honorable Renée Marie Bumb, Chief Judge, will be presiding over the ceremony.

During the service, applicants are processed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) Officers and Deputy Clerks of the Court.  The petitioners swear the Oath of Allegiance to the United States of America, administered by Chief Judge Bumb and the Deputy Clerk. Jemi’s remarks to the new citizens will take place after their Oath of Allegiance is complete. She is a former AFBNJ Trustee and currently serves as the group’s Treasurer.
