Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to announce that John Petillo has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation practice.
John focuses his practice in civil litigation. His experience includes the representation of clients in construction defect, medical malpractice, personal injury and long-term care litigation. Prior to entering private practice, John served as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, representing the State of New Jersey in cases involving criminal charges including those related to homicide, domestic violence, aggravated assault, weapons possession, narcotics distribution and robbery.
John is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and received his B.S. magna cum laude from Marist College. He served as law clerk to The Honorable David F. Bauman, Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage and is admitted to practice in state and federal court in New Jersey.
