Joseph A. Natale, an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice, will be sworn in as Secretary of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division (YLD) at the state bar’s 2025 Annual Meeting & Convention, which will be held at the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City on May 14-16, 2025.
Joe serves on the YLD’s Executive Committee, co-chairs its Membership Committee, and is Assistant Editor of the YLD’s Dictum newsletter. He is a fellow of the NJSBA’s 2024-2025 Leadership Academy, one of twenty-one attorneys statewide to be chosen to participate in this prestigious and highly selective program. He is also a Trustee of the Morris County Bar Association, where he co-chairs the Construction Law Committee, and a member of the Essex County Bar Association.
Joe concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract actions, construction disputes, municipal litigation, real estate and land use litigation, employment disputes, and the defense of professional liability actions. He provides representation to a diverse range of clients, including large and middle market businesses, entrepreneurs, real estate developers, construction contractors, healthcare providers, professional services firms and local government entities. He is listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (a trademark of Woodward/White, Inc.) in the Commercial Litigation and Professional Malpractice Law practice areas, and in Super Lawyers - New Jersey Rising Stars (a Thomson Reuters business) in the Business Litigation practice area.
