Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to announce that Lauren A. Perrella has joined the firm as an associate in the Real Estate and Redevelopment & Land Use Departments. 

Ms. Perrella concentrates her practice on commercial real estate transactions. She represents clients in connection with the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of industrial, office, retail, multi-family and mixed-use properties. Her experience encompasses the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, leases and other transactional documents on behalf of property owners, landlords, tenants and borrowers. She provides guidance throughout all stages of a transaction, from contracting through due diligence, financing, construction and closing.

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Perrella served as in-house counsel to a leading regional real estate management firm. In that role, she had responsibility for managing a broad range of business and real estate issues for a diverse portfolio of internal clients. Before joining Greenbaum, she was an associate at a New Jersey boutique law firm specializing in commercial real estate and development matters.

Ms. Perrella concurrently earned a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law–Camden and an M.B.A magna cum laude from Rutgers Business School. She received her B.A. from the University of Central Florida. She was a law clerk to The Hon. Allen J. Littlefield, Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, and in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
