Robert J. Flanagan III, an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and a member of our Community Association Practice Group, has been selected by the New Jersey chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI-NJ) to serve as a member of the group’s 2016 Business Partner Committee. Mr. Flanagan’s appointment is from January 1, 2016 – December 31, 2016.
The Business Partner Committee promotes the importance of CAI membership and recognizes new programs and initiatives for Business Partner members, who include attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, reserve providers, bankers/lenders, builder/developers, realtors, software providers, landscapers, roofers and other professionals. Membership as a Business Partner provides opportunities to enhance current client relationships and information to help individuals succeed in New Jersey’s community association marketplace.
Mr. Flanagan concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, including substantial work in all aspects of civil litigation pre-trial, trial, equity and appellate practice. In the community association arena he represents a significant number of condominium homeowner association clients in debt collection matters.
