Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to announce that Sukrti Thonse has joined the firm as an associate in the Corporate and Healthcare practices. She supports the firm's representation of clients in corporate transactions and in legal matters related to the healthcare sector, with experience across all stages of the corporate life cycle. Sukrti is currently admitted to practice in California only. Her New Jersey bar admission is pending.

Sukrti’s experience encompasses the formation of corporate entities, merger and acquisition transactions, venture capital financing, public offerings, regulatory due diligence reviews, private equity investments, and regulatory disclosures in securities filings. She assists clients with issues related to corporate governance and day-to-day business operations and has developed expertise related to HIPAA compliance and other healthcare privacy issues, including regulatory frameworks, the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and other healthcare compliance concerns.  

Prior to joining the firm, Sukrti was an associate in the business law department of a global law firm, gaining valuable experience while working on behalf of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry clients. While attending law school, she fostered her interest in healthcare law as a legal intern and extern for a number of healthcare sector entities.

Sukrti earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and received her B.S. from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
