Kathryn Hyde

Ms. Hyde assists in the firm's representation of clients in litigation and corporate transactions. Her work related to trademark matters encompasses assisting with trademark applications, trademark enforcement, and brand protection issues. This includes conducting trademark searches, preparing trademark opinion letters, filing U.S. trademark applications and renewals with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), assisting in the transfer of ownership of intellectual property, and responding to office action letters. 

Ms. Hyde provides support in various areas of the firm's litigation practice, including employment matters involving the representation of defendants in actions brought by employees under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (NJLAD) and the Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA).
