Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP is pleased to announce that Kathryn Hyde has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation Department.

Ms. Hyde assists in the firm's representation of clients in litigation and corporate transactions. Her work encompasses trademark applications, trademark enforcement, and brand protection matters. On the litigation front, Ms. Hyde assists in trial preparation and has growing experience in conducting research and drafting legal memoranda. She has attended depositions and trials and provided additional support in various areas of the firm's litigation practice.

Ms. Hyde earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark and received her B.A. from the University of Maryland. She is admitted to practice in state and federal court in New Jersey.
